Yes indeed if you want something different in your Dungeon Crawling way of life, then MedievaLands has you covered. If you're looking for something lightly different on your Windows or Mac based system, then you've come to the right place! As thanks to a heads up in our Dungeon Crawling Facebook group, we've been told Zane has released the latest version of the open sourced remake of 'MedievaLands' an old school multiplayer dungeon crawler with grid-based movement, turn-based combat, and many puzzles and quests to solve in an expansive dungeon that goes deep into the earth and into the timeless beyond. The devs need to either patch a solution or at least explain themselves and why they thought this makes the game better (and not a 1000 times worse like the players feel).MedievaLands The Shadow of Yserbius gets a open sourced remake of the classic multiplayer Dungeon Crawler It blows my mind this got past QA and playtesting. There is pretty much a concensus right now that the system (having 3 clocks instead of 1, having them advance constantly, only being able to rewind them up to the last break point and that being dependednt on luck) is too unforgiving and forces you to play the game in a way you don't enjoy (can't recruit new agents or even allies in higher difficulties, can't choose the missions that you really want). These fixes will be live at October 3rd (16:00 UTC) The doomsday clock issue desperatelly needs to be addressed by the developer.
